Shipping Policy

Delivery

  • Viv love laugh is located in Hashmonaim, Israel.

​

  • We deliver throughout ALL OF ISRAEL, except to Army Bases.

​

  • We use UPS for our standard deliveries.

​

  • Please note, UPS does not deliver on Fridays and Saturdays. 

Delivery Rates

  • 45 NIS flat fee anywhere in Israel (4-7 business days from placing order)

​

  •  FREE delivery in Hashmonaim and Matityahu. (2-5 business days from placing order) 

​

  • 150 NIS Express Delivery (day after order) to central Israel i.e. Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, Tel Aviv areas

​

  • We work with UPS. They do their best to contact recipients before delivery. Packages are left at the door when the recipient is unreachable. We do not accept responsibility once the package has been delivered.
