What materials are used to decorate/personalize/gifts?

Gifts on metal, cups, glass, etc. are written on or decorated with vinyl.

Fabric gifts are personalized with heat transfer vinyl (HTV).

The materials we use are of the highest quality and are made to last, but care must be taken to follow the directions when washing the items.

How should I wash my HTV items?

Fabric items should be washed on a cold cycle, air or line dried and not placed in the dryer NEVER iron on the wording.

How should I wash my vinyl items?

Accepted Answer

Items decorated with vinyl will retain their high quality if they are HAND WASHED only. Please do not place them in the dishwasher or microwave.

Can I add a personal message to my gift box?

Yes of course!

There is a box on the checkout page where you can write a personal message to accompany your gift. The card will be handwritten and placed inside the gift box.

Is it possible to customize an order differently or order something that is not on your website?

We are happy for you to contact us via email or the Whatsapp chat button and we will try our best to accommodate and customize your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you deliver all over Israel?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do, however, there is a slightly higher price for locations in the shtachim.

What is the cancellation/amendment policy?

Accepted Answer

Orders must be canceled or amended within 2 hours of placing the order, as otherwise they may already have gone into production. Changes after this time may not be guaranteed. When sending in changes, please include the changes you would like to be made as well as your order number.

What is Viv love laugh’s return policy?

Accepted Answer

Returns will only be accepted if the items are damaged or broken upon delivery or if there was an error on customization that was our mistake.

Please contact us within 48 hours in these situations.

In both cases we will try to replace the items as fast as possible. In any other situation, unfortunately, there are no returns, as the items are customized.
